The First Steps Module is a learner training course and takes you on the ‘first steps’ of becoming a good independent learner. The Module covers topics such as ‘Learning Styles’, ‘Learning Strategies’ and ‘Time Management’. The final project is to write a learning plan in which you have complete choice in what you study. You can earn up to 10 extra points for your freshman English grade. This module starts at the beginning of each semester in May and October.
